Priests

Our Priests look after the Sacramental Life of the Parish and our spiritual needs.

Please contact them through the Parish Office for more information.

Secretaries

The secretarial staff are a source of information and have the latest facts about the ongoing Church activities.  They liaise between the Parish Priest and Parish groups to facilitate smooth operation of parish functions and programs, etc.  They are instrumental in the operation of the Planned Giving program, so any enquiries regarding this should be directed to them.

They can provide parishioners with contact address or telephone numbers in accordance with the latest privacy legislation.

The Parish Office is open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

Parish Pastoral Council

Our Parish Council is made up of a group of devoted members of all ages who work in various ministries in the church and school communities.

Members include: Our priests Fr Jacek Okarma C.S.M.A, Fr George Gorzkowski C.S.M.A, Chris Lamont (Chair), Betty Brown, Janette Merrotsy, Mary Seeto, Louis George, Sue Gahan, John Smith, Robert Peers, Michelle Weisbaum, Michael Slattery and Caroline Zavolokin.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is made up of a group of parishioners with expertise in several fields including finance, who assist the Parish Priest with the administration and allocation of Parish funds according to the prepared annual budget.

The Parish finances come mainly through collections at Sunday Mass.  The first collection assists the Bishop and Priests of the diocese.

The Planned Giving envelopes and donations by credit card which are part of the second collection assist in the debt reduction of Catholic Schools and our Church.  The loose money goes to the running cost of the parish or to special needs as they arise.

Parish Bus Drivers

Parish Bus Drivers are volunteers and are rostered on a monthly basis.  The Parish Bus is utilised during the weekend to pick up parishioners from their homes and to take them to church and back home again.  The bus is also available for other parish community outings.

If you have a current Bus Drivers License and would be interested in offering your driving service OR you require OLSS Bus Driving Service, please Contact the Parish Office.

Wardens

Take up the collections at Mass.
